Steve enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer, his 2 kids and their dog Molly. Steve enjoys relaxing at the beach and watching the waves. Other hobbies are fishing, hunting and spending time just enjoying nature. Steve has a few rules that he thinks everyone should live by, 1. Treat everyone with Dignity, Honor and Respect. 2. Always be True to your word. Once you loose it, it's gone. 3. Lastly and most important, women are always right and men are always wrong and when you here the phrase ( I'm Fine ) I assure you it's the calm before the storm. Steve has had over 20 years in the Service Writer Industry and knows how to deliver excellent Customer Service.

Won't be using your servies again. I can't prove it but I'm missing my Galaxy ear buds, a pair of sun glasses and a pair of sunglasses were damaged. The ear buds and glasses were in I can't prove it but I'm missing my Galaxy ear buds, a pair of sun glasses and a pair of sunglasses were damaged. The ear buds and glasses were in my car when I brought it on for an oil change and now they are gone. Someone opened the sunglass holder, looked at the glasses, put them in backwards and broke them when closing the lid. Very disappointed. More

Dealership is great. Service advisor was fantastic. I think everyone in the waiting room felt the service takes a bit too long I was there for a nail in the tire for 2.5 Service advisor was fantastic. I'm highly disappointed in Daytona Toyota. Went in to have my oil changed and was told that the truck needed a new cabin air filter, an alignment, a brake service done and a 3rd brake light re Went in to have my oil changed and was told that the truck needed a new cabin air filter, an alignment, a brake service done and a 3rd brake light replaced at my expense, even though there is an OPEN RECALL on the 3rd brake light. My bill would have been over $1116.52. Soon after my appointment was over, I drove the truck to Mavis Tires and Brakes and showed them the recommended services and prices. They did the brake bleed service for $54.00. Told me to purchase the cabin air filter on Amazon for $8.99 and did the tests for the alignment. They stated that the truck was perfectly aligned and nothing needs to be done to it. As far as the 3rd brake light is concerned, I believe a rock from the highway cracked the lens. I order a new part that only costs $29.71 to replace the 3rd brake light. I watched a video on how to install it and it looks fairly easy. I never thought that your dealership would take advantage of the public. Boy was I wrong!! Recommending unnecessary repairs and then charging for something that has an open recall was the last straw!!! The paint recall still needs to be done because the factory didn't put enough paint on the 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD sport 4x4 vehicles and some of my paint is missing. I will NEVER trust your dealership or your service advisors who are only out for their bottom line by ripping off the public. Being a Realtor, I know a lot of people and they say bad news travels very fast. I need to warn the public about your service department tactics so it doesn't happen to another person. You NEED to make things right and fix the 3rd brake light and paint job, both on OPEN RECALLS! I will reach out to Toyota Brand Engagement and let them know about my recent situation at your dealership. Hopefully, they'll do the right thing! I will remember this unforgettable experience when it comes time to purchase another Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport. If nothing is done, It will NOT be from your dealership! More
