Other hobbies are fishing, hunting and spending time just enjoying nature. Steve has a few rules that he thinks everyone should live by, 1. Treat everyone with Dignity, Honor and Respect. 2. Always be True to your word. Once you loose it, it's gone. 3. Lastly and most important, women are always right and men are always wrong and when you here the phrase ( I'm Fine ) I assure you it's the calm before the storm. Steve has had over 20 years in the Service Writer Industry and knows how to deliver excellent Customer Service.

You should be closed for negligence. My car arrived at Service free of flood as certified by your department yet by the time it gets to Body Shop the vehicle is declared flooded, and you My car arrived at Service free of flood as certified by your department yet by the time it gets to Body Shop the vehicle is declared flooded, and you don’t even include me in anything! You call the the insurance company and never included me in any of this. The original photos and paid flood free certificate from your Service department shows how poor your establishment is at every important aspect of a dealership. I am being far to kind and suggest that the authorities investigate your establishment for price gouging and taking advantage of hurricane victims. Edward Dalgewicz More
