Steve enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer, his 2 kids and their dog Molly. Steve enjoys relaxing at the beach and watching the waves. Other hobbies are fishing, hunting and spending time just enjoying nature. Steve has a few rules that he thinks everyone should live by, 1. Treat everyone with Dignity, Honor and Respect. 2. Always be True to your word. Once you loose it, it's gone. 3. Lastly and most important, women are always right and men are always wrong and when you here the phrase ( I'm Fine ) I assure you it's the calm before the storm. Steve has had over 20 years in the Service Writer Industry and knows how to deliver excellent Customer Service.

Sent my wife in for her free lifetime oil change. ..not only did they not change her oil but "fast talked" her into all kinds of services that she did not need, wipers (I changed them myself 8 months ..not only did they not change her oil but "fast talked" her into all kinds of services that she did not need, wipers (I changed them myself 8 months ago) air filters, rotate tires...all for $292!!! They took advantage of a woman. Never will this happen again. From now on I will bring the car in .... but not there...free oil change???? I can't afford it! More

Usually I’m in and out under an hour when I make my appointment a head of time but this appointment I waited 2 1/2 hours not acceptable I drive 45 minutes to come there and having to wait so long after appointment a head of time but this appointment I waited 2 1/2 hours not acceptable I drive 45 minutes to come there and having to wait so long after having a scheduled appointment was disappointing. Everyone is always pleasant but my time is valuable hopefully next time will be back to normal. More
