Sent my wife in for her free lifetime oil change. ..not only did they not change her oil but "fast talked" her into all kinds of services that she did not need, wipers (I changed them myself 8 months ..not only did they not change her oil but "fast talked" her into all kinds of services that she did not need, wipers (I changed them myself 8 months ago) air filters, rotate tires...all for $292!!! They took advantage of a woman. Never will this happen again. From now on I will bring the car in .... but not there...free oil change???? I can't afford it! More

Usually I’m in and out under an hour when I make my appointment a head of time but this appointment I waited 2 1/2 hours not acceptable I drive 45 minutes to come there and having to wait so long after appointment a head of time but this appointment I waited 2 1/2 hours not acceptable I drive 45 minutes to come there and having to wait so long after having a scheduled appointment was disappointing.
