Steve enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer, his 2 kids and their dog Molly. Steve enjoys relaxing at the beach and watching the waves. Other hobbies are fishing, hunting and spending time just enjoying nature. Steve has a few rules that he thinks everyone should live by, 1. Treat everyone with Dignity, Honor and Respect. 2. Always be True to your word. Once you loose it, it's gone. 3. Lastly and most important, women are always right and men are always wrong and when you here the phrase ( I'm Fine ) I assure you it's the calm before the storm. Steve has had over 20 years in the Service Writer Industry and knows how to deliver excellent Customer Service.

It took over two hours from my appointment time for an oil/filter change and tire rotation. Never in the 10+ years I’ve used them has it taken so long. I had to go to the kiosk and ask why so long. Instructions were to change the brake fluid. Charged $149.50 for doing this. Brakes failed immediately car was driven away from dealership. On review of invoice afterwards we see that despite charge for changing the brake fluid they just checked the level, found that it was between minim and maximum and just TOPPED IT UP. E-mailed Service Manager with a request to explain and have now waited 48 hours without a response. We are now considering what should be next steps. Formerly regular customers and now extremely annoyed and disappointed. This could have been fatal. More
