Other hobbies are fishing, hunting and spending time just enjoying nature. Steve has a few rules that he thinks everyone should live by, 1. Treat everyone with Dignity, Honor and Respect. 2. Always be True to your word. Once you loose it, it's gone. 3. Lastly and most important, women are always right and men are always wrong and when you here the phrase ( I'm Fine ) I assure you it's the calm before the storm. Steve has had over 20 years in the Service Writer Industry and knows how to deliver excellent Customer Service.

My clerk Emily is amazing but the shuttle service , was a delay and another desk clerk came up and kind of demanded that his customer go home first then after awhile waiting on the shuttle once I finally got delay and another desk clerk came up and kind of demanded that his customer go home first then after awhile waiting on the shuttle once I finally got home I got a call that my car was ready.
