Steve enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer, his 2 kids and their dog Molly. Steve enjoys relaxing at the beach and watching the waves. Other hobbies are fishing, hunting and spending time just enjoying nature. Steve has a few rules that he thinks everyone should live by, 1. Treat everyone with Dignity, Honor and Respect. 2. Always be True to your word. Once you loose it, it's gone. 3. Lastly and most important, women are always right and men are always wrong and when you here the phrase ( I'm Fine ) I assure you it's the calm before the storm. Steve has had over 20 years in the Service Writer Industry and knows how to deliver excellent Customer Service.

Recommended sham procedures like A/C cleaning and decarbonization of upper engine. Said cabin air filter and intake filter needed immediate attention when they were recently replaced, the engine filt decarbonization of upper engine. Just went through Toyota maintenance schedule. No mention of things like engine decarbonization or fuel injector pressure cleaning needing to be done. Only $222.04? You could have pulled any price out of thin air, what is the 4 cents for? Anyway, stop bilking your customers, (who already paid large and unnecessary 'dealer fees' when they bought the car). If you really want to provide 'free' oil changes as an incentive, fine. Just stop using it as an avenue to their pocketbooks for sham procedures.
