Steve enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer, his 2 kids and their dog Molly. Steve enjoys relaxing at the beach and watching the waves. Other hobbies are fishing, hunting and spending time just enjoying nature. Steve has a few rules that he thinks everyone should live by, 1. Treat everyone with Dignity, Honor and Respect. 2. Always be True to your word. Once you loose it, it's gone. 3. Lastly and most important, women are always right and men are always wrong and when you here the phrase ( I'm Fine ) I assure you it's the calm before the storm. Steve has had over 20 years in the Service Writer Industry and knows how to deliver excellent Customer Service.

Steve Robinson was excellent. I have a small crack in my windshield, and I hope I made the right decision to get it replaced though the representative who saw it when I pulled in I have a small crack in my windshield, and I hope I made the right decision to get it replaced though the representative who saw it when I pulled in for service. I know there’s not much time to coordinate this; but the process seemed rushed. I’m told the windshield will be replaced with high quality Toyota or similar glass and recalibrated as needed. Thanks. The service area is very clean and orderly. I was met by the service rep quickly and checked in promptly. He told me the service time would be "about an hour". I got my cat in 1:07 minutes.
