Repair by Lou Fusz Body Shop to 2016 Highlander, 6/6/2018 My car was rear-ended. It was a low-impact collision, other driver’s fault and fairly straight forward. The other driver’s insurance, the Hartford was My car was rear-ended. It was a low-impact collision, other driver’s fault and fairly straight forward. The other driver’s insurance, the Hartford was somewhat problematic to deal with regarding non-Toyota parts even though the insured had chosen to pay without going back though his insurance. Steve Sage really took care of everything with no inconvenience to me. When I picked the car up it was immaculate. Lou Fusz has completely detailed my Highlander. More

Collision center never returned phone calls for repairs, the service center doesn’t follow basic procedures for simple things like oil changes ie they ALWAYS return my van with the low tire light on, and no windshield washer fluid. And my 6 year old van has no top coat on it, I’ve filed numerous complaints and Toyota won’t stand behind their product! They said it’s six years old, it’s to be expected...seriously! Never buying another Toyota More

I am techno-challenged, and they cheerfully help me with radio and phone issues whenever I stop by. I recently needed body work and they told me it would be 5-6 days, and were finished in 3 1/2. My car was immaculate, inside and out. That night I noticed the interior passenger door handle was broken. I went back the next day and they fixed it, with a smile and kindness, while I waited.
