Maintenance times are never fun. I noticed that my healights seemed dim at night and thought I might need new bulbs. Turned out I just needed the covers restored. Makes the car look like brand new! Excellent job, guys!
They provided service in a timely manor. I needed the car by 2pm and they had it ready and waiting. I signed the paperwork and was out the door in less than 5 min.

I've known for years that Jim Coleman Honda treats its customers well, but this past Saturday that was brought home to me yet again by the tremendous service extended to me by one of your Customer Service Reps, Mr. Sam Wu. He not only took care of my service issue (an airbag inflator recall) expeditiously , but when he found out that I planned to wait for the vehicle, he went out of his way to offer me a free loaner vehicle. It was great! Everything worked out well and I was able to use my precious Saturday doing more productive things.
I commend you for your training of your personnel and I commend Mr. Wu for treating me like a king! When I need another Honda, there's no other place I will look than Jim Coleman Honda.

I had an issue with the electronics in my Civic. I thought it would be a simple fix, but it wasn't. Sam was very professional and explained things very well. When the repair could not be completed that day, I was given a ride home and picked up when the work was complete. I thought Sam was great - I would give him 5 stars.

Every time I bring my vehicle in for service I am greeted, truly, more then just a welcome guest and more as a member of the of the family. Always prompt, priced fairly and excellent service. This is my forth Honda from Jim Coleman Honda and I will always look to them for sales and service.
Service was done in a timely manner and the staff was very polite and friendly. Received a phone call when service was done and ready for pick up.
Tim Murray and his crew do it again! I recently moved to NC and on my way back for a visit, my Maintenance Required light came on. Good timing - they had my service finished and I was back on the road again without incident! Thanks so much to both Tim's for working me in. Note to Steve ... Cute socks!! :)

I have a 2014 Honda Ridgeline in which the headliner was coming loose. I appreciated the concern to Purvis in the service department who then interned got his service director Steve Seeley involved. And the team was very proactive in handling my concerns vehicle was addressed and repaired within 48 hours this is without a doubt one of the most top notch Honda service departments I've ever seen thank you for the outstanding service.
