Thank you for your feedback about our store. We work hard with our staff to ensure they work with our customers to not just 'get them in a car,' but to get them into the right car. We are glad you found the right CR-V with Jose.

We are very proud of the team we have put together at our facility. While it can often feel like everyone for himself or herself, we put an effort to make it easy to work together. Thank you for your business.

We had an awfully good experience dealing with Wilde East Town and Todd Neilson in particular. I had read reviews that claimed that Wilde was a different sort of car buying experience, without the hustle and More

Thank you for letting us know about your experience. We appreciate your business, and look forward to working with you in the future. After discussing your review with our staff, and reaching out on the phone, we feel there is a mutual understanding. We realized part of our process required by the federal government to  run an OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) report caused part of the miscommunication. By completing an online credit application, we are able to run the OFAC report seamlessly at the same time we pull credit report. As a result of speaking with our staff, when customers come in with outside financing, we will perform the OFAC check verbally. While this may slow down the process for the customer, it will stop another credit report on your credit profile. The loan denial was not a result of your actual creditworthiness and does not reflect negatively on your credit, or your ability to get future loans or credit. When we were informed to stop processing the loan, we did just that and any information previously submitted was still on file with the UW Credit Union and by law, they are required to inform consumers whenever credit is not granted. Had we proceeded with obtaining the loan, everything would have been corrected before final submission, and there would have been no issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to serving your automotive needs in the future. We also discussed taking out a loan from a credit union, and the requirement of spousal information since Wisconsin is a community property state. It is required information when a loan is obtained. Our team continues to monitor our processes and communication to improve in all areas. We are committed to continuous improvement, and look at every opportunity to further refine our processes to better serve our customers. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention so we could further refine our processes.
