I have a friend that said that Wilde Had Opened up a new dealership in the Madison area and that the dealership was just beautiful. Thank you to all the people that helped me to get my new 2014 Honda CRV, and a special thank you to The Asst Finance Director, Steven Skow. You made the paperwork process so understandable and so professional. Again overall best experience I have ever had... More

From looking at potential vehicles, to test driving, settling on a price and financing the experience at Wilde was professional and at my pace. I felt that everyone wanted to really make sure I was mak settling on a price and financing the experience at Wilde was professional and at my pace. I felt that everyone wanted to really make sure I was making the purchase that made sense for me. I also appreciate that the sales staff was honest about the pros/cons of each model and how it might suit my needs. Ultimately I am very satisfied with my purchase and glad to by in my CRV. More

We had an awfully good experience dealing with Wilde East Town and Todd Neilson in particular. I had read reviews that claimed that Wilde was a different sort of car buying experience, without the hustle and hype that is common to the industry, and frankly, that's what convinced us that it would be worth driving all the way across town to check them out. It was. They got us exactly the car we had in mind within a day, and at a lower price than any other dealers in the area had quoted. The facility at Wilde is bright and beautiful, the attitude of everyone we dealt with was friendly and low-pressure and you really get the feeling that they genuinely want to help you get the most for your money and the car you want. We are very satisfied, both with our new Ridgeline and with the experience we had at Wilde. More

Jose (Pepe) was great to work with. After listening to what I was looking for he was able to narrow the choice down to exactly what I was looking for. Very pleasant and hospitable demeanor. Knowledgeable what I was looking for he was able to narrow the choice down to exactly what I was looking for. Very pleasant and hospitable demeanor. Knowledgeable and a great listener. Phil Hogans was also pleasant and fulfilled my request for a cargo pad. Steve Skow completed the paperwork efficiently and expertly explained the additional warranty insurance coverage available. However, I may now be over insured with payment larger than I had initially intended but feel confident I have a very trustworthy and reliable vehicle that will last me for possibly the remaining years of driving. All in all, it was a very valuable experience. More

Overall, I was very happy with my experience working with Victor and partially with Peter and not very happy with Steve! The reason I am not 100% happy with Peter Wisiniewski and Steve Skow is because of Victor and partially with Peter and not very happy with Steve! The reason I am not 100% happy with Peter Wisiniewski and Steve Skow is because of two reasons. First, I told Peter that I was financing my vehicle through a bank that was not affiliated with Honda and that I had already been pre-approved and that I would be bringing a check in when I signed the paperwork. I specifically told Peter I did not want my credit run through any other banks affiliated with Honda nor did I want him to try and get a loan for me. I thought we had an understanding on this matter. The next day before I came in to sign the paperwork, I received a call from Steve pertaining to him needing additional information for the bank. I asked him why and he stated because they were trying to get the loan stuff taken care of. I told Steve to stop because I already had it taken care of and that I had a check in my hand to come pay for the vehicle. At that point, I believe Steve stopped that process he was working on. The rest of the process of signing the paperwork and everything went very well! The second reason I am quite disgusted with this experience is because I received a letter in the mail from UWCreditUnion. This letter was informing me that the loan I attempted to take out was denied due to insufficient income. Upon looking the document over further, someone (I believe it was Steve) attempted to take a loan out in the amount of $156,494.00! Furthermore, my credit was run again! So, there are two reasons that I am unhappy! I can understand in the world of business that sometimes we do not communicate with one another effectively (hence Steve attempting to get me a loan through UWCreditUnion even though I told Peter not to do so). What I cannot understand and am very unsatisfied about is how someone from Honda would attempt to take out a loan in the amount of $156,494.00 for a car that only needed to be financed for $12,500.00. I take great pride in being able to go and take out a loan to purchase a vehicle without having to have a co-signer. I worked very hard growing up to build my credit. This is not okay, and I really would like to know why someone would try to take out a loan through a bank for that much money. This comes across as very sloppy work and I did not see that coming from my experience in the dealership. With all of that being said, I want to go back to my original statement of being happy with my experience with working with Victor. I really hope that something can be done about this so that it does not happen to someone else. I want to continue to tell people about my positive experience with Wilde Honda and not have to shed light on the unprofessionalism when it comes to dealing with people's credit/wishes. Thank you, More
