Anytime I work with Eric to buy a new car somehow I always end up buying TWO =). Ann is so fantastic and works so hard along with Eric to get the best pricing they can for you. I've shopped plenty of places (purchased 3 cars in the last 2 years) and most of them require tons of back and forth between the sales person and management to get down to the final price. Nathan and the management staff at Wilde Honda were able to get that taken care of with one short conversation. The negotiating process was painless and most importantly to me there was nothing hidden in the process. Nathan shared all the facts with us up front so there was no mystery to process. Five stars across the board! More

I had a great experience. They really wanted my business. I felt appreciated and the process was a good one for me. Since buying my van in October I have been back many times for free car washes, business. I felt appreciated and the process was a good one for me. Since buying my van in October I have been back many times for free car washes, wiper fluid and great service. I highly recommend this dealership because the staff will work hard to make sure you are satisfied. Businesses that value their customers to this degree are hard to come by and that's why I will continue to drive to the East side of Madison to service my vehicle at Wilde. More

I was already sold on getting a Honda CR-V, but was very turned-off by the lack of flexibility and treatment received at other southern Wisconsin Honda dealerships. One played the game of moving money, price of car or value of trade-in. At the other it was MSRP and no trade-in value. I had done enough research to know realistic prices and value of my trade-in, I know people in the business. When I came into Wilde Honda, I was met by Syed. I told him I wanted to talk numbers. I told him the vehicle I wanted EX-L with Nav, he came back with very workable numbers. As we continued to negotiate I got to meet Eric Henderson the new car manger. Both Syed and Eric dealt with me with honesty and respect. They did not play games. They provided a good deal on the new vehicle and a reasonable value for my trade-in. A win-win situation. The day of the closing we were pressed for time, both Karen and Steve made the tedious work of signing the financing, warranty papers a pleasure to get through. The professionalism of Wilde representatives we worked with was outstanding and greatly appreciated, we plan on spreading the word. More

My car got totalled in a hit & run on New Year's Day. Since no dealerships were open, I spent that day shopping online. Wilde had the best match for what I was looking for. I didn't spend a lot of time there as I was in a bit of a hurry to get the deal finished. Jerry was very accommodating and professional in moving the process along. I had some questions about the service history, and when he couldn't provide the answers, he contacted the previous owner to find out when the timing belt had been changed. That being answered, the rest was just a test drive and paperwork. I'm not a big repeat buyer, so I can't say what the future holds, but my experience with Wilde was positive, and I would have no problems recommending them for other buyers. That being said, I have discovered a couple issues that may or may not have been with the car when I bought it, a chip in the windshield in the tinted area and a crack in the tail light. Jerry claims the dealership will split the repair cost within 30 days if something comes up. I will investigate my options, but something tells me that half of retail will still be more than what I could do on my own. But for a 10 year old used vehicle, I can't nor won't complain. Thanks to Jerry and Steve for getting me up and running so fast! Steve got me an awesome rate through Summit credit union. More

Very slow, disorganized buying process. We actually scheduled an appointment to stop in and purchase a vehicle. We had already taken the test drive and negotiated the price. It still took 3.5 hours. During that time, the only issues were whether we wanted the floormats/stain treatment, extended warranties and a brief credit check. (we brought our own financing.) The explanation for the delay was that they didn't have the final numbers until we made final decisions on the extended warranties. The real problem, however, was that we weren't even asked about this item until we had been there for over two hours. I didn't fully complete the employees section above because we dealt with 7 different employees over our 3.5 hours and I can't remember all of their names. There is no reason why one employee can't have us fill out the two line credit information, ask about floormats, and ask about the extended warranties. When we replace our other vehicle in 2 years, I will not even consider this dealership. More

I visited several dealerships in the Madison area, searching for our next vehicle. I found the staff at Wilde Honda East Towne to easily be the friendliest and most approachable. Laura Kaleas stuc searching for our next vehicle. I found the staff at Wilde Honda East Towne to easily be the friendliest and most approachable. Laura Kaleas stuck it out with me for longer than she needed to in frigid conditions to go over some of the different options that Wilde had to offer me (I did not have an experience anywhere near this at the other dealers that I visited, to say the least). We sat down and combed through their inventory of used vehicles...again spending more time than she had to going over options with me. Laura and Shawn Stittleburg were very honest and up front when it came to the pricing. I feel like I got a good deal, and I think they can feel the same. Steve Skow was extremely pleasant and was very no nonsense about our financing and the different optional packages. We were not pushed into anything that didn't make sense for us and our new vehicle. We actually look forward to visiting the large, clean waiting areas to come back for our regular maintenance. More

I didn't plan on buying a new vehicle the day I stopped, I was just going to get some of the initial looking and pricing out of the way. After getting a look at some of the new cars and the way the stopped, I was just going to get some of the initial looking and pricing out of the way. After getting a look at some of the new cars and the way the negotiating went on the prices, in my mind I was as close to the price as I was going to get and satisfied that I didn't need to spend the time going elsewhere. I have bought several cars over the years and it was my most enjoyable new car buying experience. More
