For the past 3 months, I was in search of a specific vehicle with certain specs. I happen to see the same vehicle advertised at Phillips Cheverlot in Frankfort but it wasn’t the color I wanted however; vehicle with certain specs. I happen to see the same vehicle advertised at Phillips Cheverlot in Frankfort but it wasn’t the color I wanted however; I called anyway and spoke with Steve Sorenson who went above and beyond to assist me in getting what I wanted. Within 10 minutes Steve called me back stating he had located the vehicle I was seeking, he sent pictures and we set up a appointment to discuss the purchase. After speaking with Steve, I was 100% sure he was the guy I wanted to do business with, his professional and pleasant attitude was something I hadn’t experienced while shopping for my vehicle of choice. I advised Steve to give me a couple of days to think about the purchase and he insisted that I take my time. In that time I continued to search for the car at a lower sticker price, I happen to find the exact car with a slightly lower sticker price but the salesman wasn’t patient or professional at all, I contacted Steve and we secured the purchase. Steve Sorenson was the whole reason we ended up with our Silverado. From the 1st contact to handing over the keys he was always professional and made us feel like we were the main priority.
