Best of all, he was very professional yet very laid back and down to earth...which made it a very comfortable and a great experience. I truly went there just to look at some used Malibu models I had seen online, but I walked out of there with a new 2013 Malibu which I totally love. I would most definitely return and recommend Phillips Chevrolet and Steve to family and friends. More

Went to Phillips Chevy with my mom on Saturday to buy a car for her. The sales rep, Steve S. showed my mom cars she was interested in. He got my info and said he could get me into a car right away. Went back on Monday and Steve S. had me test drive a few cars. Great service, atmosphere, very friendly and knowledgeable! Thanks to my Sales consultant Steve Sorenson; I’m a happy camper! From the moment I stepped onto the lot I was cheerfully greeted by Steve. After the introductions we sat down and discussed my expectations in a vehicle. Steve, was very patience with me...I felt he actually listened to me. He and I looked at several models and class of cars. Before test driving off the lot, Steve made sure I was informed of all the instruments and vehicle operation. During test-drive I was pleasantly surprised there still was no high-pressured spiel and the vehicle handled exactly as he described. Once the drive was over, we returned to dealership. During each interval of the process, Steve would check on my comfort level – was willing to take the extra time to clarify what I may have misunderstood or if I had additional questions. In a field known to have the reputation of high-pressured, fast-talking, and usually obnoxious behavior it was highly refreshing to have worked with Steve Sorenson. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I had in a long time thanks to Steve Sorenson. He is an outstanding professional, knowledgeable and courteous. This resulted in me driving off in my lustrous Black Granite Chevy Cruze! Thanks Steve! More

We just purchased our 2nd car from Steve S and our last 6 cars at Phillips. Steve is just an awesome guy and the rest of the staff do everything to keep you satisfied. Steve even spend 40 minutes just showin cars at Phillips. Steve is just an awesome guy and the rest of the staff do everything to keep you satisfied. wanted, so I was exhausted by the time I started searching for a dealer. I tried 2 other dealerships but Phillips was the best. Work with Steve Sorensen if you go there. He was fantastic - he's a nice, family oriented guy and he didn't treat us like just another number. Their finance guy Hasin was even great. Save yourself time and start there. Tell them what you want and let them work their magic. More
