I was very specific in what i wanted (7th pick up truck) and he listened and added some "pros/cons" to my list. I needed to see if a 2500 full bed would fit in my garage we did not need dimensions since we tried it in the garage that day ! Living in Frankfort certainly helped but it was his suggestion. I will certainly recommend Steve to all looking for any vehicle. Phillips Chevrolet was the most IT car dealership i have dealt with. I loved that aspect of it. The paperwork took only 15 minutes and everyone from sales to service to finance were fantastic. Being in Frankfort for 50 plus years, know many dealerships as well as owners and Phillips Chevrolet is TOP NOTCH in all the above plus the most important part, they make it a pleasant experience ! Dealership did not offer much with the purchase with the vehicle i.e. fill on gas, unlimited car washes, 1 free oil change etc. that other dealeships offered when i purchased a car in the past. The car did not seem fully checked as well, found many things that were missing/broken and it still was somewhat dirty inside and out. It seems like it was made to just made to look nice. Salesman did not know all the features of the car just some but it was passible. Said they replace brakes and tires on the used cars yet after bringing it home found extreme wear on the tires. More

It was a challenge I really thought I had no hope in getting a vehicle, but low and behold Joe Hamdan rubbed his lamp and got his magic working and I revived a brand new I really thought I had no hope in getting a vehicle, but low and behold Joe Hamdan rubbed his lamp and got his magic working and I revived a brand new 2018 Chevy Cruze sport. I was very doubtful but he made me a believer. It was a pleasure and honor to do business with this dealership, and Joe was the best.
