Just amazing. It's always so stressful making any big purchases and this time was no different until I went to Phillips Chevrolet. They came out and greeted me (which I never thought I liked until I went to dealerships that didn't) and the great service hasn't stopped since my purchase of a brand new 2017 Traverse a week ago. Steve Sorensen showed me on the lot exactly what I told him I wanted. He was super personable and he didn't act "sales-y" at all. He was honest and super fun to work with! I would never think I would feel comfortable with purchasing a new vehicle, but I think my great experience at Phillips and working with Steve definitely helped me feel really good about my new purchase!
