Took to long to get approval for the work I leased this 2014 Taurus from Zimmermann. It is a fleet car managed by ARI. Nearly all of the service has been at Zimmermann / Hawk. The maintenan I leased this 2014 Taurus from Zimmermann. It is a fleet car managed by ARI. Nearly all of the service has been at Zimmermann / Hawk. The maintenance man recommended several service items be performed. The service manager at the Quick lane did not know how to contact ARI for approval. Despite me trying several times to assist the service manager on how to contact ARI (I even gave him the phone number), he continued to wait on other customers. It was 45 minutes until another manager intervened and contacted ARI. So I spent more than 3 hours at Hawk, much of it wasted time. More

Fixed my bluetooth on my explorer. 2 other dealerships told me my vehicle didnt have bluetooth. Rotten Eggs I recently took in my Escape due to an odor of rotten eggs. It was an intermittent problem and the service center (Steve) worked with me to find the I recently took in my Escape due to an odor of rotten eggs. It was an intermittent problem and the service center (Steve) worked with me to find the culprit. Even though he did not smell the problem at first he maintained the idea that the customer was right and continued to search the problem. He was persistent and did find the problem...Thank you, Steve. I have been taking my Ford to this dealership since 2010 and have always been treated with respect, fairly and promptly. I would recommend them highly. More

Need emergency transmission service After experiencing a transmission problem with my 2016 Ford (company vehicle) I called the Ford dealership in Melrose Park where we purchased my vehi After experiencing a transmission problem with my 2016 Ford (company vehicle) I called the Ford dealership in Melrose Park where we purchased my vehicle (as well as 5 others vehicles) to schedule an appointment. The service department advisor I spoke with was very unprofessional. When I informed him that I would require a loaner, his reply was to tell me to call back in two weeks and hung up on me. I then called Hawk (near my residence) spoke to Steve who after scheduling my appointment that evening also informed me that I would have a loaner waiting. Hawk has earned my repeat business. I will also make sure that when we purchase any additional company vehicles it will be through Hawk. Thank you Steve. More
