I had a great experience working with Jim McConville. I had to wait a while for my Telluride to be delivered but Jim kept me informed every step of the way. Excellent customer service! From the time Michael first reached out to me, he answered all my questions without hesitation. When I finally met him in the showroom, he went over and above to make sure I was happy, even though a couple of things on my part needed done. I had changed my mind on the interior color of the original vehicle I brought home so when I called him in the morning we arranged to meet, tie up so loose ends, and proceed to change everything when I switched to the other interior. They were obviously different cars, same model, but I'm sure a pain to redo everything. Michael is very knowledgeable of his product lines and I will highly recommend him to friends and family. Thanks again Michael for putting up with me. Also everyone wore masks and since I was there awhile getting an accessory added, after people left the service waiting room everything was cleaned down. Makes one feel very comfortable in the time we have now. More
