The reason I decided to drive those extra miles was because of Jim McConville, probably the best salesman I have ever done business with. I started my search for a Kia Soul a few weeks ago, I had contacted several dealers before making a move. I decided to pull the trigger so to speak, after talking with Jim. He was friendly knowledgeable and prompt with the information I requested. Once I made the decision to purchase, he made the process seamless. Most of it was done over the phone and online. By the time I arrived to take possession, everything was waiting for me. I was done and out within an hour and a half. When Jim realized that there was an initial misundersta I had the pleasure of working with Jim McConville in securing the purchase of a 2020 Stinger. When Jim realized that there was an initial misunderstanding on applicable finance programs, he was very sincere and apologetic doing everything he could to make the rest of the negotiation process easy and fair. Jim and the other sales staff members quickly arrived at a "best bottom line" price avoiding any extended negotiation. I was treated fairly and honestly and am extremely satisfied with the deal presented.
