Halleen Kia has exceeded our expectations when it came to leasing our first car. My husband and I live in VA (I am from Ohio) and really wanted a specific telluride that the dealers around us seemed less the leasing our first car. When we first reached out to Halleen we definitely expected them to say they could not help us. Instead Jim responded with such an amazing attitude, and from day one of the process was so amazing and helpful. With this being our first lease we had what felt like a million questions, but Jim was always more then happy to help us understand and let us know all of our options. We never felt like we were being pressured into buying something we did not want. Once it came time to finalize all the paperwork we had the pleasure of working with Steve who was also amazing with the additional finance related questions we had. They both made our out of state purchase so seamless and easy and we are so grateful we had these 2 gentlemen helping us along the way!
