I've known Don for many years and knew that if I contacted him he would understand my situation and do whatever he could to help me to meet my needs, and not put his needs first but mine. When I arrived and was met by Caleb I was elated and from that moment on Don, Caleb, Brian and Steve made the whole process relaxing and provided comfort with this new adventure I was about to embark on. I worked with Steve Stephens (GM) and Justin Bolen who made the entire process a wonderful experience. They were very informative and worked diligently to accommodate my needs. They made sure that I was well aware of the purchase and lease options I was considering. They gave me paperwork and details to consider for a couple days so that I could make an informed decision. After purchasing, Justin walked me through every step of setting up my new car tailored and customized to my liking. He even followed up with me via text the evening of making my purchase by sending me pictures of me with my new car and wishing me well and thanking me for working with him. The next day he sent me tutorial emails making sure that I was having a seamless transition with the vehicle and new technology I was not accustomed to. I will forever purchase cars from Justin, Steve and the rest of the team at Klaben! More

Don't be fooled by other area Jeep dealers advertising. I have had experience from both the sales and service side of Klaben customer service, and have been able to see behind the curtain and see how Richa I have had experience from both the sales and service side of Klaben customer service, and have been able to see behind the curtain and see how Richard Klaben and Steve Stephens operates as a company, how well the service department works to take care of you after the sale with maintenance and repair as well as a great experience with the body shop (xxxx Deer) For real, even if the Dodge dealer down the road is a few bucks a month less it's the difference between going to Target vs Wal-Mart. It's worth the few bucks. ESPECIALLY if your buying Certified pre owned or Used. More

They showed us a huge selection of vehicles, told us everything about them and gave us plenty of options. We found a great car for my wife and were surprised that we were able to get so much for our budget. We were impressed with the customer service. We've purchased many cars in the past...this was by far the best experience. They care about you and that's why they have so many customers who return. More
