It's 1983 and I'm still in High School. I started working with my Father who was a Used Car Manager for Cobbledick Buick in Shaker Hts as a lot porter. After graduation, I took on a full-time role with the dealership allowing me to work in Service/Parts/Body shop/New & Used Cars. Ultimately began my career in Sales. In 1993 I started at Klaben Ford. I was able to build a strong customer base and moved up to a management role in the leasing department. In 2005 I moved across the street to Klaben Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I found the change exciting that has now led me to be a store manager. I’ve been with Klaben Auto Stores for over 25 years. A family-owned store completely committed to 100% customer satisfaction involved with our local communities, I’ll be here for another 25 years, God willing. I’m blessed to have my wife, our 4 Children, and 4 Grandkids..so far! and a super staff I work with every day. 330-673-3139 ext. 505

I was NOT in the market for a new vehicle I was literally coming in for service. I ran into Josh Stephens in leasing while waiting for my vehicle to be completed. He asked what I was driving and then said so coming in for service. I ran into Josh Stephens in leasing while waiting for my vehicle to be completed. He asked what I was driving and then said something that got my attention, "You want a new car?" ......... 1 hour later I picked up a BRAND-NEW Jeep Wrangler. No haggling, no hassles, no trouble whatsoever. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Kudos to Josh and his father Big Steve and Joby for making this happen and making it happen quickly and easily! Klaben are the best I would recommend them to all of my friends and family. I drove to Klaben due to your large inventory. I then had the pleasure of working with Paul Cunningham. I usually buy a new car every 2-3 years so I have a lot of experience with this process. Pau I then had the pleasure of working with Paul Cunningham. I usually buy a new car every 2-3 years so I have a lot of experience with this process. Paul was by far the best sales person I have ever had. The process was seamless. I was able to get out of my 2 month old grand Cherokee that I was not happy with and into a Jeep Wrangler that I am very happy with. All within a price range that made me very satisfied. I even tried to find contact with Stellantis to let them know how awesome Paul was. Unfortunately, I cannot find a contact with them. I am hoping Paul is treated well as he is an excellent asset to your business More
