Had a scheduled appointment. When I arrived for appointment I was told it would be 5 to 6 hours to get a simple oil change. I live 68 miles away and when scheduled service I was asked if I will be waiting and I said yes . Never had this issue before and would hope it gets corrected. Why schedule an appointment if a customer has to wait 5 or 6 hours to get oil change. If I wanted that I would just be a drive up customer. Please correct this issue More

Began the deal online, Aaron and Oz had everything ready for us to select between two Muranos. We chose the right one for us and the pricing and subsequent negotiations were professional and worked out to for us to select between two Muranos. My salesman Oz and the team that worked with him was excellent. I was leaving my car to be serviced for a recall. I met the GM, he graciously assisted me with. I had to come back and get my gate opener excellent. I was leaving my car to be serviced for a recall. I met the GM, he graciously assisted me with. I had to come back and get my gate opener and I was greeted by Oz. He asked me what I came in for. I explained I had just purchased a used Nissan from another dealership and there was a recall on it. He asked me how many miles and what year it was. I told him and ended up telling him about the upsetting experience I had. He said for me to stop by and see him when I came to pick up my car. I did. Oz was quiet, professional and kind. He was well informed and he answered any questions I had. It really meant a lot to me, because I had a bad experience with the previous dealership. He took his time with me. He introduced me to the people who would be helping me get into another car. They were kind, looked me in the eye, and helped get me into a brand new car. It was nothing short of a miracle. Never felt pressure by Oz, he made me feel valued and safe. His customer service was excellent and I would recommend him to my friends and family. More
