Always takes several days for service. I had to follow up a few times- wasn't actively communicated with. Didn't reset the oil change reminder so it still comes on constantly. Didn't fix gas cap issue even thought Steven saw it wasn't working properly. Tech said it wouldn't replicate, rather than just replacing. Now I have to deal with my gas cap not opening when I'm low on gas. More

Was very disingenuous with us regarding the extended warranty, repairs needed, and focused primarily on selling us services unrelated to our issue that cost more than the value of the vehicle in questio warranty, repairs needed, and focused primarily on selling us services unrelated to our issue that cost more than the value of the vehicle in question. Furthermore, when we asked for a copy of the diagnostics we paid for, we were flat out refused and were told the suggested services were all we could have. We left and went to the other Hyundai dealer in the area and had a far better experience. This is very disappointing and a far cry from the experience I had with Tulsa Hyundai 8-10 years ago with a different Hyundai Sonata with the same problems. More

The service department is a very frustrating experience. It's nearly impossible to get someone to answer or return a phone call. They only text and, in this last service, my person did not respond to te It's nearly impossible to get someone to answer or return a phone call. They only text and, in this last service, my person did not respond to texts promptly, if at all. I finally had to go to AI to find a phone number to the service department that someone would answer and after several minutes, got ahold of the manager and explained that I had gone an entire day with no update on my car despite numerous requests. She told me that the service adviser left early for the day. I would think someone would return text messages for her if she is gone early. After I finally got my car back and part of the service was an alignment, the car is still pulling to the right. I contacted the service person and let them know that I wanted a refund for the alignment and I would get it done right somewhere else. she said she would check on that. That was 2 days ago and I have not heard back. This service experience is so bad, that despite liking the car, I doubt I would ever buy another Genesis. More
