Very disappointed. My car was at this service center for over 3 weeks. Two of those weeks it was waiting for a battery to arrive. It is amazing that a Genesis designate My car was at this service center for over 3 weeks. Two of those weeks it was waiting for a battery to arrive. It is amazing that a Genesis designated service center cannot get parts or have parts on hand. When the appointment was made, the service staff was made aware that a battery would be needed. I wa not informed at that time that batteries took 2 weeks to arrive. During the three stent I had to keep asking for updates instead of being kept informed. I have to bring my Genesis to this dealership because the Genesis dealership in my town was closed. I find this dealership very hard to work with. More

Everyone has been great from Zander in Sales to Brant in Finance to Steven and everyone in Service. GV70 is awesome! Love it!
