Depending on the concern you where having, Since we are a GM dealer we have limited diagnostics tools for none GM vehicle's. I'm sorry we we not able to diagnose your vehicle properly. It would be the same if a GM vehicle went to a Nissan dealer. Joseph Carini Service Manager John Paul's Buick GMC

Yeah thats excuses im a mechanic myself every vehicle is xxxx near the same they all have wheel bearings or hub assemblys just like they all have an engine with a transmission and hey these days they all have ignition coils with spark plugs we can keep going it doesnt take an expert to realise theres a noise there thats not normal...and your probrably thinking im a mechanic why dont i do it myself well....theres a warrenty why do it myself when i pay for a service thats provided i expect to take it to any mechanic this was a base vehicle not a rocket ship and then you admit that you couldn't perform the the diagnostic test properly and still charge me for a diagnostic fee just to tell me the tires are getting down to there last treads ....hmmm I could of told you that just by looking at them I didn't need a mechanic to charge me a diagnostic fee to tell me my vehicle needs new tires
