Finley needs to service vehicles like they were their own cars. Not try and sell me on a front end alignment that needs to be done, when it didn’t need to be done. My other dealer doesn’t try and upsell me cars. Not try and sell me on a front end alignment that needs to be done, when it didn’t need to be done. My other dealer doesn’t try and upsell me on stuff I don’t need during warranty service. Also my car was sprayed with a black substance during service and no one looked at it prior to giving it to me, although I was told several times “your car looks great”. I also saw scratches on my paint close to were they were working for warranty service. I had to point them out. No one noticed my car had that damage. My issues were resolved, but my trust in Finley Toyota is gone. More

I’m still waiting to hear back from Mike “The Tire guy…” When I first arrived he and his assistant approached me with serious concerns about tire separation, and that two of my tires were in bad shape?
