They call us to the office they said that my boyfriend did not had good credit so I have to finance the car and the car is not the price that was advertised is more is that price for a person with a 700 up in credit my credit is a 659 so they charge me over 28,000,00 and told me that they gave me a discount of a 1000,00 I was supposed to paid 29,000.00 but your advertising state 24,000.00 And my finance is 14.5 percent the excuse is because of my credit talking about been Deceitful they will con you because they know you needed a vehicle and they see us vulnerable and desperate we will go for it so they take advantage .Of you More

I saw the car advertized on Cargurus and Cars dot com, it was advertised as a certified pre-owned car for 28K It was listed as a “Great Deal” I drove a 100 miles to check out this “Great Deal”, it turns out the car is 30,800.00 plus I think 1,250.00 for the certification. So if you add everything together 32,050.00. So a great deal was just an average deal at best. Oh and then another few thousand dollars in fees. So it seems that they play with the numbers so when they advertise it, it shows as a great deal. I’m sure I am forgetting some details. I am trying to get an itemized detailed copy of what I paid for, it seems to be impossible, I have left several phone message and Emails with no response, I finally called and talked to a manager and he put the finance manager on the phone. He told me I would have it that day, much to my surprise I never received it that day. I emailed him again the next day and he sent me something, but it is not an itemized detail sheet. I would really like to know what I paid for. My credit score is excellent; they got me a loan for 5.64% interest. I questioned it, and was told that was the best I can get. I took my son out a few days later to buy a car which he did, his credit score is good not excellent and has less than 2 years of work history, his interest is 3.09%.
