We purchased a car early July. Within two weeks we discovered a leak in the trunk. My husband called numerous times and left messages. Steven finally called back and his response it, “you checked the car over before the purchase.” Yes, we did Steven, when it was hot with a heat index of 109! Steven said he would get back with us, two weeks passed. My husband made the drive to the store and waited to talk to Steven, he was not in and was able to talk with the Sales manager, who promised Steven would call on Monday. It has now been a week since that happened and guess what, no calls, no service, nothing. Joe Machens is about the sale and only about the sale. Disappointing! More
