Great from start to finish! I brought my car in for service on a few things and decided to pass the time checking out some other options for vehicles. I checked my car in with Steve Miller in service. I've worked with Steve the other times I've been in with any repairs or routine matinence and it's always been a pleasure. So while chatting with Steve I had the pleasure of meeting his father and Toyota salesman Doug Miller. Equally as friendly, outgoing, and easy to get along with, I knew I'd been placed in the right hands. I shared with Doug, my dream wish list and where I thought I'd realistically be able to fall as far as payments went. I wanted to stay right around where I was with my current vehicle. (Which I'd been complaining about for years. Not a Toyota.) The only thing I was particularly set on was exterior color. So I was shown several different options. The Rav 4, gorgeous! And the Corolla, also nothing to complain about visiually. Both are looking really great looking vehicles. Doug was very helpful with showing me the differences between models, the features in each vehicle, all while cracking jokes with me the whole time. We settled on a couple of options and decided to run some numbers. And what do ya know, we found something that worked. I was going to be the proud owner of a brand new Corolla, was ditching the old car (not real torn up about that one), and I was paying nearly the same as I had been before. I worked with Steve Long from Beaver Toyotas insurance department and he had my insurance switched over to my new car with no work on my end. And last but certainly not least I headed off to seal the deal with Daniel Marshall. The paperwork is always the worst part of it all, but this was a painless expiernce. When we finished the signing, all of my paperwork was added to a USB drive, instead of being handed a massive stack of papers that I'd have to find somewhere to stash. From start to finish this was a great car buying experience. Not once did I feel like I was being pushed into anything I couldn't or didn't want to do. To go car shopping and feel like the whole experience is spent with friends, that's the way it should be every time. From Steve, Doug, Steve^2, and Daniel, it was overall a really great car buying experience. And my Corolla is beautiful! More
