My experience at this dealership was probably the best one ever. The service was impeccable. Justin did a great job with the initial call giving me specific and useful information about the Ionic 9. Steven the general manager even called me to follow up on any questions I have. Omar was very friendly during the leasing process and answered all my questions. Mack was great as well during the financial portion. I commend South Bay Hyundai for having such great customer care. Please don't change your service philosophy. It will always pay off. More

When we walked in the dealership everyone was so welcoming. The negotiation to purchase the care was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car. Our sales guy was so nice and very knowledgeable when it came to the care and all its features including warranties the car came with.
