We worked with Omar to buy a new Ioniq 5 SEL. He was professional, honest, and accommodating. We originally reached out via their website, drove a car a couple weeks later, and bought one about a He was professional, honest, and accommodating. We originally reached out via their website, drove a car a couple weeks later, and bought one about a week after our test drive. Omar followed up with us at reasonable intervals (he was timely but not annoying). He also provided answers to all of our questions and generally made us feel welcome and comfortable. To summarise, Omar and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to get a car with the color and features we wanted (they did not have one on the lot so they got one from another dealer). Omar has been more than helpful after the purchase too---he made sure we are taking advantage of all the features and that the tech is set up correctly. We brought our own financing and the finance department was also really easy to work with (we made a mistake getting them the information from our credit union and they were able to correct the form and send it almost immediately, which was very helpful). While we were waiting for the car to be washed, Steven came by and chatted with us. He was super nice and made sure we were aware of all the benefits the dealership included in the sale (regular car washes, dropping in for an occasional charge of our Ioniq 5, etc.) More
