I highly recommend Sierra Toyota to anyone looking to buy a car. This was my first time buying a new car and I was extremely apprehensive after my experience buying a used car from a different dealership yea a car. This was my first time buying a new car and I was extremely apprehensive after my experience buying a used car from a different dealership years ago. I shopped around a few other dealerships in Tucson and Phoenix; all of them used classic sales tactics to try and hide out the door costs and other hidden fees. Thankfully I found Sierra Toyota because Steve made this process so easy and painless; he was honest and upfront about all costs and what to expect. The facility itself was clean and well organized, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. It was such a relief to feel like I was being taken care of, I will be coming back here in the future!
