So, believe me when I say we are experienced with Gosch, as well as other local dealerships. But,… despite years of relying on Gosch Service for support, we have had a somewhat negative opinion of The Gosch Temecula Sales department for various reasons. Until now. This experience started in the typical patern as usual with me doing months of research and planning to make a purchase. I stopped in to see Maurice (The Shining Star of Gosch Temecula) and, as usual, he was informed, kind, and knowledgeable with his typical no nonsense apreciation for time and energy. So when Stewart showed up to -Seal the deal- I was primed to give a little more back than I typically would have. We made a deal that both of us were happy with. A true WIN-WIN. So, in a financial environment that makes consumer confidence a rarity, Gosch Ford Temecula provided my family/business with exactly what we needed at a value that we appreciate. We’ll be back! Arrived at 10:30am and left with our new truck by 2pm. It was disappointing that we had called to make sure the truck we were interested in was available and made an appt with Angie. Then arrived the next day and Angie was not in office. We didn’t mind that Angie would not be our sales person. BUT Kyle is the reason we Purchased this Truck. We had already visited atleast 4-5 dealerships in the previous weeks and not bought. We learned that Kyle would not get the full credit of our purchase. Had I known that prior to paperwork I would have left. Angie did not deserve the credit of the sale simply because she answered the phone the day prior. More
