Purchase and Installation of two After-Market products On September 28, 2017 I went to So. EAston Motor Sales to have two after-market products installed. I was greeted by Derek Gaultier and was told that On September 28, 2017 I went to So. EAston Motor Sales to have two after-market products installed. I was greeted by Derek Gaultier and was told that the installation would take 3-4 hours. My wife and I expected to remain on-site for the time but Derek offered us a loaner car so we would not have to be inconvenienced for that time. We received a call within 2 1/2 hours that our car was ready and we could return whenever it was convenient. Upon arrival to the dealership, our car was waiting out front for us; both items were installed and it was washed plus vacuumed. We selected So Easton Motor Sales as their pricing was very competitive but their customer service and quality of work were outstanding ! We will spread the word to our friends and neighbors about the great service and customer experience ! More

Going in I had some terrible car buying experiences. So I went in with an open mind. Well to my surprise I couldn't believe the professionalism at this dealer. They took the time with no pressure. They are so courteous to everyone they are dealing with. You don't see that in this day and age. Being a nurse I know what a thankless job can be. So I appreciate being treated with such respect and dignity. Also have to say the service department is just was wonderful. They are very attentive and so willing to help. I was so happy with the whole experience my husband has recently purchased a vehicle there as well. When I tell people about this dealership I love to tell people about the first time I stepped foot onto their lot. No one, and I repeat no one came running up to us and started trying to wheel and deal us. After an hour of walking around still no salesman pressure. I finally had to walk into their office and ask to test drive a truck I was interested in. I thought what a refreshing change. Derick and Eric make the whole process easy for you, they even take care of the registry so that you don't have to go to the DMV yourself. They also work hard to get you a great loan from the bank. They are always ready to work for you when you need repairs. I can't say enough about these guys. They make it wonderful to be a repeat customer. I really feel taken care of, and will always go to them, they have a customer for life. Finally, their memories are awesome, they can remember not only your name after years of not being there, but they can remember all the cars you've purchased and many of the repairs that where done on them.
