They were wonderful when I was considering and finally purchasing a vehicle from there. There was an issue with a missing and correct headrests, which they had promised would be replaced as quickly as pos purchasing a vehicle from there. There was an issue with a missing and correct headrests, which they had promised would be replaced as quickly as possible. I still do not have the headrests. 15 days later. They have not been ordered, One was supposed to be brought in yesterday 3/23/24 and I was to be called to pick it up, but I waited all day without a call. Up to this point my sales person always responded quickly but since I purchased the car she isn't calling, I have to reach out to her, and still no information on when this issue will be resolved. I transport my dogs to the vet and need the headrests to attach their car seats and safety harnesses. I have had to cancel their vet appointment because of not having the headrests. This is totally unacceptable. More

I was disappointed in the finance dept. submitting credit searches after I had a preapproved loan and check in hand. 4 or 5 banks were sent inquiries and my score dropped from 7-- to low 70 submitting credit searches after I had a preapproved loan and check in hand. 4 or 5 banks were sent inquiries and my score dropped from 7-- to low 700's, down to lower 700 . One of the bank inquiries submitted to was a bank I already had a preapproval for! Then the very next day I saw the ad for my same exact car(same VIN) for $600 LESS than the price I was given! What in the world is that about? We should have been negotiating with that price from the start. I started to return the car and cancel the deal but I flew down from Mi. to buy the car and had to get back. 3 weeks after the sale I received a call that my documents were being sent so I could register my car and get plates. Is out of town purchasing really that complicated--3 weeks?? Nov 8th to Nov 28th? It is a nice car and I will be driving back next week on the 8th for business. It was a pleasant drive back to Mi so I am looking forward to a pleasant drive back to GA. My sales girl was very pleasant ,Emma, I just wished she had pushed reminder things like check under the hood, accessories working, etc. Sales people work by commission but I am looking for a deal also. They sold me a lemon. Within 4 months of purchase I had the car in for repairs twice for a total of 4 weeks. I won't go into details as I've already reviewed their servi Within 4 months of purchase I had the car in for repairs twice for a total of 4 weeks. I won't go into details as I've already reviewed their service department. I went back to the dealership to look into trading the car. In 4 months this used car had depreciated $6,000.00 dollars. Ridiculous! In order for me to replace it with an Outback that did not include the features included on my original car the cost would be $8,000.00 higher. Not only will I not buy another Subaru, I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

While my experience with the salesperson, Emma, was fantastic, the dealership completely dropped the ball when it came to ordering my license plate/tags. No one contacted me that there was a problem. Even after I called and found out what was the issue and got things back on track, I was told by Jason I could go immediately to the county tag office and pick up my tag which was NOT the case at all. Gwinnet County tag office said it would be several days before I could pick them up and informed me that I would need to pay for the license plate. I called Jason and told him he should verify information before relaying incorrect information to their customers, but he just said he was "told to tell me that"! No accountability! No follow-through whatsoever! Very poor customer service in this case! Now I have to delay my travel plans this week since my temp tag will expire. All could have been avoided with 1 phone call when they discovered they had a problem. COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE! More
