We put a deposit on a vehicle and they held it for us for a week until we could get our son there to check it out. In the end it was not the right car for us. At a time when auto inventory is short and every a week until we could get our son there to check it out. In the end it was not the right car for us. At a time when auto inventory is short and every sale is critical, they had every right to be short with us, but they were nothing less than courteous and understanding.
