She was extremely attentive and a great listener. My new car was not part of the inventory and she was able to rapidly get it for my next dealership visit. Both Susan and Bob Carroll were very professional, courteous and understanding through the whole process. Susan made sure my new car was completely ready to go. She also explained the complicated electronic features especially since I am not super interested in the latest and greatest technology. Overall a wonderful experience and also the dealership was very safe and clean. I would recommend Susan, Bob and Annapolis Subaru to anyone. Thank You! More

Awesome Experience! My wife and I were looking for a three-row SUV for our family. I researched for weeks to figure out which car would be best for us. That's why we first ended up at Annapolis Subaru. We did business at Annapolis Subaru because of their helpfulness and attention to detail. Buying a car during a pandemic can be stressful, but I did not find that at Annapolis Subaru. They were diligent to clean all their spaces, desks, and cars. They were never pushy, and they never pressured us to make a decision. They allowed us the time we needed to make our decision. They were especially helpful to figure out which vehicle would best fit our needs and stay within our budget. We can't wait to drive our Subaru. We will definitely be back when we are looking for another vehicle. More
