Prior to pickup the car received new tires and a dash replacement (small wrinkle in leather but talk about attention to detail!) I appreciate the extended CPO warranty as well. Years of being ripped off I purchased a used Volvo ,(not @ Steingold) and brought it to Steingold for service on the recommendation of a friend. I continued to have the car serviced there for a few years until I decided I had been ripped off enough, and went to another Volvo dealer. This dealership cares nothing about customer loyalty and takes advantage of it's customers at every opportunity. I was always charged list price ,and in some cases over list, for parts and lied to on more than one occasion about what the car needed for repair. Avoid Steingold Volvo..They will rip you off at every turn. More
