Customer service is awesome. Always willing to help. You're doing a great job there. Unfortunately it's the waiting for your vehicle to get serviced is unacceptable. Please understand it's not the people that work there. It's waiting half a day to get your vehicle back when all is required is an oil change. It's hard for people that work all day during the week and only have time on Saturday to take the vehicle in. Service times need to change. If you're gonna offer free oil changes to everyone then times need to be corrected. I rely on my vehicle for my kids. Please make some changes. More
