Went in for a service on my 2018 F-150. Had very little time, so waited on the truck. Mike went out of his way to get me in and out within 40 minutes. While I was waiting, they came in to let me know that one of my shocks was broken and they would go ahead and change it, even though it was covered under my extended warranty. They didn't need to do this, bu of my shocks was broken and they would go ahead and change it, even though it was covered under my extended warranty.
