Awesome Experience! Looking for a 2021 F150 and searched every dealer in the area. Finally found a recently delivered 2021 F150 At Duval Ford and It had exactly what I wanted. Susan went out of her way to m every dealer in the area. Finally found a recently delivered 2021 F150 At Duval Ford and It had exactly what I wanted. Susan went out of her way to make sure I was happy. Everything went super smooth and very fast. She had the truck detailed, windows tinted and everything ready to go in minimal time. Very Happy!! Went in for a service on my 2018 F-150. Had very little time, so waited on the truck. Mike went out of his way to get me in and out within 40 minutes.
