Always Wonderful Experience Gunny Moore always takes great care of me. We live 1 mile from another Ford Dealership, and drive right past it an hour to go see Gunny (although Gun Gunny Moore always takes great care of me. We just purchased a car we leased 3 years ago. Could not have been a smoother process. Gunny even made sure to get the oil changed and car fully detailed just on a lease transfer. "Your buying a new car and should act like one" Gunny said. Aside from the professionalism, it's great to go see Gunny and his wife Susan, we always share some great laughs and stories. As a business person, I live by the mantra. "People do business with people they know and trust". This is my third and I'm sure not final vehicle I'll purchase as long as Gunny and Susan are there. More

We ended up at Duval Ford because we had such a bad experience at another dealership and I called them and explained what happened and they assured me they were different. Man, were they right! I just wish we would have gone to them first, but they were farther away from where we lived. We had a great experience with them when we purchased the SUV so I went back to them a month ago to inquire about a new truck. Long story short, we dealt with Kevin (GM), Rafeal (VP), David “Gunny” (Sales Rep) and his Wife Susan (Sales Rep). We felt that We were overloaded with kindness in a great way. Everyone bent over backwards to help us out and make us happy! We were in and out in an hour and drove off in another Ford vehicle as another very satisfied Duval Ford customer! I highly, highly recommend Duval Ford. They are all amazing individuals that truly care about ones experience in purchasing a vehicle from them. Great overall purchase experience! Recently retired form the Nassau County School District after 33+ years. Recently went to work for another company and was in need of a new pickup. Staff was great to deal with, answered all questions and concerns, gave me a great price, made zero % interest possible. Susan Moore was very knowledgeable of the truck I choose and and explained all all options to me very well. Seems as if everyone went above and beyond to make my buying experience very pleasant.
