She not only found vehicles that matched the parameters I was working with; but vehicles that ended up exceeding my expectations of what I thought I would be able to afford. She is personable, knowledgeable and encouraging. Duval Ford is by far the best dealership experience I have ever had. And will be my first stop every time I need to purchase a vehicle. More

Awesome We could not have had a more enjoyable experience regarding the purchase of our new Ford Edge. We took a car to be serviced with no plan to buy. We met Susan and showed interest and she showed us slot of trucks she thought would meet our needs! We picked two went back and she worked very hard to give us every detail on owning the 2 different trucks and worked hard to give us a deal , we could feel good about. No stress or pressure . Afterwards she took time to help us understand all our new add ones! The whole transition was pleasent and ,we knew why we always go back to Duval!
