The explorer went in a blown transmission and a passenger
side heater core. No appointment due to the transmission going out, but it took all but a month to get it repaired. No courtesy car available, but we

We purchased a vehicle & on the way home I hit a deer.
They got us in for the repairs immediately after the accident. We had our car fixed and returned within two weeks. They made us their top priority. F
