Susie has been with us since 2006, who calls Hallsville, TX her hometown. Susie has been married to her husband for 31 years, and together they have a 26 year old son. As a family, they enjoy competing in RC Racing and going to NASCAR events all over the country. Susie loves to read, and loves animals even more (especially cats)! Her favorite vehicle is the Chevy Equinox because it's not too big & it's not too small! Susie is multi-talented and is willing to go beyond the call of duty. Her creative problem solving approach and winning attitude, coupled with her outstanding customer service, make her an invaluable asset to our company. In addition to her Chief Financial Officer duties, she also handles all of our MIS systems, technology issues and "Continuous Improvement" programs to help us provide better solutions!

Sales price was fair. Trade value was a little weak. The transaction was about an hour so I considered that to be fast. The new (to me) truck could have had paint correction done or a clay bar to be near perfect but other then that, the truck was very clean and was what was advertised. The dealership add-ons were not. Fortunately they were up front about it before I even got to the dealership and they were not too expensive. But that is one of the reasons for a 3 star rating. More

Every person I encountered at BDChevy was polite and professional. I was concerned that it was time to replace my front brakes but that is a job I have always done. However, At almost 78 with a recent k professional. I was concerned that it was time to replace my front brakes but that is a job I have always done. However, At almost 78 with a recent knee replacement I thought it better to have a Chevy dealer do the work. I no more than was seated in the waiting room and I was asked to look at my brake pads. At 89,000 miles they were hardly worn. Since I needed transmission fluid and coolant changed I had them to do that work instead. The price I had to pay turned out to be significantly lower than they quoted me (that I was willing to pay). I have some additional fluid changes to be done soon and I will be taking my truck to Dickason Chevy. I was a pleasure to deal with professional, polite people. More
