I purchased a new 2011 Buick Lacrosse from Ewing. I worked mainly with Robert Turlington but also worked with Suzanne Koerwer on one visit when Robert was out of the office. I had been doing research and looking for about 6 months before my purchase. When I narrowed down my selection to a Lacrosse I emailed five area dealers requesting a quote. Ewing Buick was the first to respond. I set up an appointment to speak with Robert Turlington. I had been very specific about what I was looking for in my email to the five dealers. I knew from looking on Ewing's website that they did not have the car with the equipment I desired in stock. With the 2011 out of production, I knew I could not order it from the factory. I did know that two existed in the area in other dealer’s stock. One was a demo. Robert showed me what they had in stock. When I told him I really wanted a car with different options and color then what Ewing had in stock he suggested we go back to his office to see if he could locate one in the area. He found one at a dealership about 30 miles away and stated that it was a dealership that was easy to work with on doing dealer transfers. I told him that was the type of vehicle I was looking to purchase. I told him I wanted some time to think it over and there was no pressure from Robert to sign an agreement to purchase the car that day. I waited until the next afternoon to return to say I wanted to purchase the car. Robert was courteous, friendly and pleasant to work with during the entire process. Suzanne was easy and friendly to work with when I dropped by without an appointment to initiate the dealer transfer process. Suzanne called Robert, who was out delivering a vehicle to another of his customers, to ask if it was OK for her to assist me. Robert and Suzanne (along with another salesman named Randy) seem to work well with each other and help each other out to ensure customers are helped without having to make a return trip to the dealership. Ewing did the dealer transfer and had the car on their lot the next afternoon. The car did not have tinted windows, which was one of the items I wanted. Ewing had the tinting done before I took ownership of the vehicle. There was no heavy pressure during the financing process to purchase anything like extended warranties or such. Robert took time to explain the features of the Lacrosse to me. He also setup my Bluetooth phone connection with my cell phone. Suzanne even helped with removing the fingerprints from the window tinting process. There seems to be a very cooperative spirit within the sales group at Ewing Buick rather than a “cut-throat” attitude that seems to prevail at most dealerships amongst the sales staff. A nice added bonus is the Ewing Edge-added service agreements for free oil changes, car washes, and service assistance for the next THREE years. Overall, I would rate my experience at Ewing Buick as being very satisfying and recommend others to do business with Robert Turlington and Ewing Buick as well. More

Susan and Tony both were genuinely friendly, extremely helpful in answering all my questions, and addressed all needs during the entire transaction. The entire sales negotiation was low pressure, final price agreement was fair, and even the Financing Process (final transaction) exceeded my expectations and previous experience. From first contact ( a friendly HELLO and firm handshake) to drive away in my new truck....START to FINISH was completed in an unexpected short period of time. Since then, I've had numerous follow-up calls from both Susan and Tony, to insure that I was completely satisfied, and that all was well with my new truck. Heck, today I even received a personal THANK YOU note handwritten by both !!! I've never been treated this well by any sales Rep at any Dealership !!! It feels GREAT knowing someone REALLY appreciates my business , are willing to SHOW me (as well as TELL me).....and really understand the meaning of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION !!!! If any friends or family members need a new vehicle, I'll be the first to recommend that they see Susan or Tony at EWING first !!! More

I had THE BEST car-buying experience I have ever had at Ewing Buick in Plano. This is our sixth new vehicle and have never been treated this well and it was all due to Suzanne Koerwer at Ewing. I had been working with another dealership near I-35E for almost ten days trying to locate the vehicle that I thought best fit my needs. After all the gamesmanship, I became frustrated with this dealership and sought a fresh perspective in buying a new vehicle. What a huge difference between the two dealerships. What tells the story best about Ewing is they gave me more than what I had even asked for: a better price, a better equipped and an immediate available vehicle, and their value-added service put the deal over-the-top for us. Suzanne didn't play games with pricing and gave me their best price from the start, unlike many other dealerships. Their value-added service agreements on free oil changes, car washes, and service assistance for the next THREE years pulled the deal away from all the other business'. The greatest compliment I can say about Ewing is it was like doing business that helped me as much as it helped them. When I go into the dealership, it's like working with a trusted friend and not an adversary. Anyone can buy a car, but I feel we bought into a professional relationship. Suzanne and Ewing, came recommended by some friends as being a very helpful when purchasing a new car and we found this to be true. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I had given Suzanne some ideas about what we like and didn't and she was ready when we got to the dealership with a couple of good options. She spent a lot of time during the sale and after we had closed to make sure we had all our questions answered and were satisfied. Although I haven't had to work with the service department yet, base on Suzanne's comments she will be there to help me have a great experience there also. I highly recommend doing business with Ewing. More

Suzanne is absolutely contagious. While getting to know me and showing me trucks she professionally took brief phone calls and met with other guests quickly addressing their needs. Each time the conversation was upbeat and pleasant. This kind of customer care is what we all want, so I decided to buy my truck that day if they had one. I even made the conscious choice to let them find a truck for me should I have to. Of course I wanted a truck to fit my needs & budget and although there was several that I would have bought, Suzanne knew I really wanted to be on the lower end of my budget, so Suzanne asked Mario the sales manager what he might have coming in. Mario greets you with a genuine concern that makes you feel like he's your brother. Our conversation was light regarding my needs & budget. He knows his inventory very well and he described a truck that he had just received that seemed like a very good fit. We laughed about him being able to build it the way I wanted it. Suzanne took me to the truck and it was the perfect truck. We sat down and worked on the budget details with ease in regard to anticipated interest rates and monthly payments based on my credit. Yippee, I was buying a truck!!! How quickly I forget about all the documents that are required to purchase a truck... ugh, yet when you have such a pleasant experience, filling out the paperwork is somewhat exciting. Of course I had done a little homework so I felt good about what to expect from the finance department while I waited. Brian must have gone to the same school of politeness and confrontation as Dirk Nowitzki. We talked about our families, jobs & hobbies. Of course I knew we would get around to the extended warranties, etc. So when he told me what the warranty protects and it was my choice. I asked why you don’t press me for it. He said the important thing is that I'm comfortable with my choice and understand what I'm getting for my money. Wow that was a first. But the biggest & best surprise of all was the interest rate was a half point lower than I expected. WooHoo and with a warranty!! More

First time we bought a GM built car being very fond of japanese manufacturers.
