I Walked in and said hello, Craig was not at his desk, the rest of the people sitting at their desk completely ignore me, except the lady in the corner on the left of Craig and she had just walked back to the rest of the people sitting at their desk completely ignore me, except the lady in the corner on the left of Craig and she had just walked back to her desk. I understand people are busy but your company is in the business of customer service. I waited 2 hours for my vehicle, another couple who came after me got their car done and checked out before me. The mechanic that worked in my car seems very kind and said he will work on my car right away and said it will take him 5 mins. The financial guys were helpful in therms of answering questions I had. Levi, the salesman, and everyone else we met at Palm were easy to work with. There was no pressure and no upselling.
