Consequently, I visited the store and they accommodated all my requirements and met my financial objectives. Svet did a fantastic job and Mike Sykora, Mgr., fully supported the transaction and did everything possible to meet my requirements. On the final transaction (paperwork), I was confronted with a dealership/buyer mediation agreement through the BBB. This is not a legal requirement yet, I was basically "forced" to sign if I wanted the vehicle. Other dealerships make this optional. I was uncomfortable with this forceful approach. More
