No further need to diagnose. I got the brakes fixed elsewhere for nearly $300 less than your quote and the tire turns freely. No need to diagnose it. I feel like you are trying to frighten me into trading my reliable van in for a newer model. I can't afford that. And I think you were trying to take advantage of a woman who you think probably doesn't know anything about auto repairs. You picked the wrong woman. In the past you have treated me fairly. I trusted you. You lost my trust. You won't regain it anytime soon, probably never. More
