She made a frustrating situation so much easier by ensuring I was taken care of, even providing a loaner vehicle whenever needed so I was never left without transportation. I also want to recognize Caleb Ackerman, who went above and beyond in diagnosing the issue. His diligence, persistence, and attention to detail are what finally led to identifying the root problem after others had been unsuccessful. Since the repair, my vehicle has been running exactly as it should. What stood out most throughout this entire experience was the patience, dedication, and genuine commitment this team showed in getting things done the right way.
