My experience with Honda service has been a very Positive one. One of the main reasons is the service manager, Sylvestre. When either of our two vehicles is in need of service, he ensures our cars are cared one. One of the main reasons is the service manager, Sylvestre. When either of our two vehicles is in need of service, he ensures our cars are cared for properly and my 2006 Honda Pilot has over 260,000 miles on it and still going strong, which attests to that.
