I have made several comments here from 2016 to late 2024, but character limits require I keep only the most recent. I can say that since 2016, Mike Erdman has been 5 stars in my book. 2023 Just had a recall service done for the Rogue to bring it up to its 5-star safety rating, as mine was one of the early deliveries with a passenger restraint/airbag issue. Erdman Nissan had a rental vehicle ready for me when I dropped of the car. The work was done and though they had removed the dash as part of the work, I couldn't tell it had been done. Very good job Erdman Nissan. Aug 2024 Mike Erdmann is still a top notch service department. I came in for a routine oil change, but also asked to have the brakes looked at. My son had driven the Rogue and thought the brakes were pulsing one time. TJ, my service manager, asked me about what i was looking for and I stated the car had 40,000 miles on it so the brakes probably needed some kind of work. He said he'd follow uo with the technicians when they looked at the brakes and get back to me, and so he did. However, instead of saying, "Yeah, you've got 40K on them, and you should probably replace the pads and turn the rotors," he told me the measurements found on the front and rear pads. Then he told me what new pads measure. Then he said I wouldn't touch them for maybe another 10,000 miles. He followed up with stating there is a slight wobble in the front rotors but nothing drastic, but if I wanted, they could turn the rotors, but I probably wouldn't see a big difference. That was all fine with me. I paid for an oil change and got my complimentary examination of the other systems on the car, paying less than $100 after taxes. I left with knowing I was driving a safe vehicle and without spending money on unnecessary work. Thank you, Mike Erdmann Nissan. November 2024 I continue to like working with Mike Erdman's Service Department. As always, they listen to my concerns and issues I see with my vehicle and then respond in kind. They make recommendations if they see something, but they don't push any extras. I came in with two issues: an intermittent check engine light and a notice I received from Nissan Connect of an engine emissions problem. The technician identified a sensor out of calibration. The calibration was done and the vehicle checked. I was notified of the problem shortly after it was confirmed, while the tech was working to correct it. Then I was informed again when the work was done. The Tech Advisor explained the sensor uses the check engine to identify there was a problem, as there is no other specific light or alarm indicator to show this problem. Mike Erdman really knows how to keep me happy with coming to have my car serviced there. More

Worst customer service ever. They like to sell you all kinds of extras when you purchase a vehicle then don’t allow you to use the service they sold you. I came in for service, with my NV2500 Ice Cream Truck. I was overcharged for the service and charged a Freight fee on an oil change! What a joke! But I figured the next time I come in for service I would I was overcharged for the service and charged a Freight fee on an oil change! What a joke! But I figured the next time I come in for service I would show it to them. I would have hoped they would have made an adjustment. I sell to dozens of dealerships so I started to sell to the employees that wanted Ice cream. The next week or two when I came in I was met by a very rude individual asking if I had permission by Mr. Erdman to sell ice cream. I explained no I have never need to ask for permission to sell to any organization nor did any vendor in the 40+ years that I previously worked in that industry. Very rudely I was asked to leave. Needless to say, I would never do business with a company that not only screws you. On top of that wouldn't want to have you do business with them! I don't know who the individual was but I was told to call in to the GM Mike Farrell, I did and left a message but was never called back so I am assuming it was him, that through me out of the dealership parking lot. Sucks because this is the most convenient dealership to me. More

I took my 2019 Nissan Rogue for an oil change and had the worst experience again. I asked the Service Advisor Andrew for the price of an oil change and quoted me 70.00. I expressed that Nissan of Melbourne worst experience again. I asked the Service Advisor Andrew for the price of an oil change and quoted me 70.00. I expressed that Nissan of Melbourne was cheaper and so was Walmart. He assured me that they were priced equal. Mike Erdman Nissan does comparative pricing and that is why 70 was reasonable. After the work was completed, I called Nissan of Melbourne and I visited Walmart and realized that he lied. Walmart charges 56.00 out the door and Nissan of Melbourne was 49.99. I encourage you to shop around before you allow this dealership to work on your car. They are overpriced and will lie to you without hesitation. Trust is what keeps customers coming back which is a keep element that is missing at this dealership. More
